The Specific Pavement Studies include specially constructed pavements that will help develop better understanding of the effects on performance of a few targeted factors not widely covered in GPS and explore options for construction of new pavements, the application and maintenance treatments to existing pavements, and the rehabilitation of distressed pavements.
