Road User Satisfaction Surveys

Overview of road user satisfaction survey from Sweden and results.

In order to improve the service to road users, the Himachel Pradesh PWD undertook a survey to identify drivers of user satisfaction, measure satisfaction levels, and to capture expectations of various users. The survey findings are expected to be used to address the concerns of the various stakeholders.
