The Project was undertaken for the Greek Ministry of National Economy by a joint team composed of staff from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and ARRB Transport Research Ltd, formerly the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB). The project started with an assessment of current practice in Greece and internationally, followed by a scoping study and concept design.
