Paper on Canadian Strategic Highway Research Program (C-SHRP). The overall goal of the program is to increase pavement life through the development of cost effective pavement rehabilitation procedures, based upon a systematic observation of in-service pavement performance. 24 test sites in Canada were selected to cover a wide range of environmental and traffic conditions.
